Access to the Services requires payment of subscription fees as specified on the Website. All fees are stated in Swiss francs. Genossenschaffen.ch will inform users of fee changes at least 30 days in advance via email and on the website. Genossenschaffen.ch can change its fees at any time. Users will be notified of fee changes via email and on the website. The subscription fee is billed monthly or annually depending on the plan you choose. All payment processing is handled via Stripe. Refunds are not possible for subscriptions that have not fully expired.

Cancellation Policy
Users may cancel their subscription at any time via their account dashboard on the Website. The termination will take effect at the end of the current billing period. Genossenschaffen.ch does not offer refunds for incomplete subscription periods.

User Behaviour

You agree not to use the Services for any illegal or unauthorised purpose. Prohibited activities include violation of Swiss laws, transmission of malware, spamming, hacking and illegal access to or use of the Services. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any part of the Services without the express written permission of Genossenschaffen.ch. This includes the use of data mining, robots or similar data gathering and extraction tools. You may not transfer or share access to the Services to any third party. Genossenschaffen.ch reserves the right to terminate any account found to be forwarding emails or service notifications to unauthorized third parties. Account Termination

Genossenschaffen.ch reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. We may also terminate your subscription due to inactivity or other business reasons. Upon termination, we will delete your account and all associated data.

Miscellaneous

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, it will be severed from the Terms and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
