Cooperatives in the Canton of Zürich

In the Canton of Zurich, there are over 100 cooperatives with approximately 70,000 apartments. Most of them do not have a waiting list, but advertise their available apartments online, primarily on their own websites. You can find these listed here in alphabetical order. We also give the locations they have apartments, and have collected information about whether they allow dogs.

We monitor all of these cooperatives in real-time and send all links to available apartments to our subscribers.
